I have enjoyed adjudicating since 1990, travelling widely throughout Eastern Canada. This includes adjudicating at numerous regional and provincial finals in piano, and choral classes. I have presented workshops and masterclasses in addition to my role as piano instructor and lecturer at Conrad Grebel College, U of Waterloo, and U of Guelph. I maintain an active performing schedule both as pianist, chamber musician and conductor. I grew up in Stratford ON and an a long time resident of Guelph.

A love of early music was shown over the fifteen years in which Catherine directed TACTUS Vocal Ensemble. This professional octet specialized in music of the European Renaissance. Catherine also sang as a consort member of Tafelmusik Chamber Choir, and for many years accompanied and sang with the Elora Singers.
Catherine frequently plays and also serves on the board of the Guelph Connections Concerts series. She supports GCC’s dedication to the promotion of musical excellence and accessibility in Guelph.
